How To Stand

Introduction

•       As we interact with the several issues in life, we take different postures

•       But as a Christian, we must maintain the 3 Postures

•       Sitting in High places

•       Kneeling before our Maker

•       Standing in Life as a Victor and a King

Text:  1Pet 2:9

•       But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: KJV

•       But you are a special people, a holy nation, priests and kings, a people given up completely to God, so that you may make clear the virtues of him who took you out of the dark into the light of heaven. BBE

•       But you are a chosen race, a priesthood of kingly lineage, a holy nation, a people belonging specially to God, that you may make known the perfections of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvellous light. Weymouth

As a Christian, we operate in 2 REALMS

The Physical Realm

•       On the Physical Realm, we are meant to reign as KINGS

               Rm.5:17

The Spiritual Realm

•         In the Spiritual Realm, we stand before God as PRIEST
